AZAP Technologies Ltd, 12 Abiodun Simeon Street, Mowe, Nigeria, operates the AZAP marketplace and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account details, including your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo if you choose to upload one.
Delivery details, including saved addresses, landmarks, and location information when you choose to share it.
Order, store, rider, payment-reference, support, and delivery-status information.
Technical and security information, such as IP address, device or browser details, and security-check results used to protect the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, display nearby stores, process and fulfil orders, calculate delivery, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the marketplace, and meet legal obligations. Location is used for delivery and nearby-store discovery; it is not required merely to browse AZAP.

3. Who receives information

We share the minimum relevant order details with the store and rider handling your order. Payment providers receive the information needed to process payment. We may use hosting, email, mapping, analytics, and security providers that process information for AZAP under appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law or needed to protect users or the platform.

4. Delivery location and status

We use your delivery address, landmark, and any location information you choose to share to coordinate fulfilment. AZAP currently provides delivery-status updates; it does not currently provide customers with a live rider-location map. If live tracking is introduced later, this policy will be updated before it is enabled.

5. Security and retention

We use access controls, password hashing, encrypted connections, and restricted administrative access. We keep information only for as long as needed for the service, support, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access to or correction of your account information, ask questions about how it is used, and close your account subject to records we must retain for payment, legal, safety, or dispute purposes. You can opt out of non-essential marketing messages using the instructions in those messages.
