Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to customer use of the AZAP marketplace, operated by AZAP Technologies Ltd, 12 Abiodun Simeon Street, Mowe, Nigeria.

1. The AZAP marketplace

AZAP helps customers discover independent stores, place orders, arrange delivery or pickup where available, and receive order updates. Stores remain responsible for their listings, prices, stock, preparation, product quality, and any store-managed delivery option. AZAP may assist with support and order resolution.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account, address, and contact details, keep your password confidential, and use your own account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may restrict access where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, a security risk, or a breach of these Terms.

3. Orders, availability, and substitutions

An order is subject to store acceptance and product availability. A store may decline an order or contact you about an unavailable item or suitable substitution. Do not assume a substitution is approved unless you confirm it. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance; ask the store where an ingredient, medicine, allergy, or product detail is important to you.

4. Delivery, pickup, and payment

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival times.
Delivery fees depend on the store branch, fulfilment method, distance, and the information displayed at checkout.
For customer pickup, you are responsible for collecting the order from the stated store.
Pay-on-delivery is available only where a store marks the relevant product as eligible and may have separate conditions or fees.
Online payments are processed by our payment provider. AZAP does not store your payment-card details.

5. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Our Refunds and Cancellations Policy explains cancellation stages, reporting windows, eligible remedies, and refund timing. Customers should report a missing, incorrect, damaged, expired, unsafe, or materially different item promptly through AZAP support. Nothing in that policy limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Acceptable use

Do not place fraudulent orders, harass merchants or riders, misrepresent your identity or location, interfere with the service, or request or sell prohibited goods. We may cooperate with lawful requests and take reasonable action to protect users and the platform.
